The Grind Session returns to Hopkinsville High School for the Christian County event — a December showcase packed with national prospects, Power Conference contenders, rising underclassmen, and high-level local matchups. Six Power Conference programs anchor the field: Prolific Prep, Academy of Central Florida, Huntington Expression, Hamilton Heights, Winston-Salem Christian, and DNA Prep, with Florida Coastal Prep serving as the lone Elevation Conference representative.

The Grind Session tipped off its Christian County showcase at Hopkinsville High School on Tuesday night, and Prolific Prep wasted no time sending a message. Behind elite scoring depth and nationally ranked star power, the Florida powerhouse which recently relocated from Napa Valley California rolled past Florida Coastal Prep 92–45 in the opening matchup of the four-day event.

Owensboro, KY — The Owensboro Sportscenter once again served as a showcase floor for rising stars, nationally ranked programs, ESPN-listed prospects, and high-stakes matchups that lived up to their billing. Across four days of women’s and men’s competition, the building saw dramatic comebacks, statement wins, highlight moments, and new names emerging into the Grind Session spotlight.

The Owensboro Sportscenter is set to light up this weekend as the Grind Session circuit rolls into town for its highly anticipated December event, running from December 4 through December 7. Featuring powerhouse national programs, nationally ranked prospects, and a deep roster of next-level talent, Owensboro once again becomes a destination city for prep basketball excellence.

The Grind Session’s first domestic showcase of the 2025–26 season brought three days of high-level matchups, breakout performances, and statement wins to Boca Raton, Florida. With elite men’s and women’s programs on the floor—several with complete rosters for the first time—this weekend had the feel of an early-season proving ground.

Saturday at the Grind Session Florida event brought high-level talent, elite performances, and competitive games from start to finish inside Boca Raton’s packed gym. With six games on the schedule, the action ranged from dominant wins to late-game battles that came down to execution in the closing minutes. After two international stops to open the 2025-26 season, the Grind Session returns to U.S. soil for its first domestic showcase of the year at Highlands Christian Academy in beautiful Pompano Beach, Florida. The three-day event will bring together a powerful field of prep programs—both men’s and women’s—featuring elite prospects, international standouts, and several highly anticipated team debuts.

The first-ever Bridge of Hoops International Basketball Event in Bassano Del Grappa, Italy, came to an exciting close as eight teams from around the world wrapped up four days of competitive, high-level basketball. The event brought together four Grind Session programs from the United States — Prolific Prep (FL), DNA Prep Academy (CA), Academy of Central Florida (FL), and Southeastern Prep Academy (FL)—alongside four international clubs: The Star Alliance (Italy), Olimpia Milano (Italy), BC Dubai (UAE), and BC Zalgiris (Lithuania).

With four games on the schedule, the day was packed with energy, teamwork, and standout performances from some of the top prep and international programs in the world.

The first full day of action at the inaugural Bridge of Hoops Invitational delivered excitement, competitive energy, and a global blend of basketball styles inside the Pala Angarano in Bassano Del Grappa. Although the event tipped off last night with an opening matchup between Prolific Prep (USA) and the host team The Star Alliance (Italy), today marked the first full slate of international competition featuring programs from the United States, Italy, Lithuania, and Dubai.

The Grind Session’s 12th season takes a historic leap forward with its first-ever international regular-season event — The Bridge of Hoops Invitational, occurring October 22–25, 2026 and hosted at the beautiful Pala Angarano in Bassano Del Grappa, Italy.
