The Grind Session Power Conference Playoffs return to Bowling Green High School in Bowling Green, Kentucky, March 13–15, featuring many of the top prep basketball programs in North America battling for the conference championship.
Leading the field is No. 1 seed Prolific Prep, which enters the tournament attempting to capture its fourth consecutive Power Conference title. The powerhouse program is anchored by McDonald’s All-American seniors Caleb Holt and Bruce Branch III, along with senior Alex Smith and standout junior guard Nasir Anderson.
One of the strongest challengers is No. 2 seed Southeastern Prep (SEPA), a loaded roster led by McDonald’s All-American seniors Toni Bryant and Jaxon Richardson. SEPA also features a talented supporting cast that includes juniors Beckham Black, C.J. Rosser and Obinna Ekezie Jr., giving the program the depth and athleticism to contend for the championship.
The No. 3 seed BV Academy out of Arizona will also be in the mix, followed by No. 4 seed Ft. Erie Academy from Canada. Rounding out the top half of the bracket are No. 5 DME Academy from Daytona Beach, Florida and No. 6 The Academy of Central Florida.
Mt. Zion Prep enters as the No. 7 seed, while Royal Crown from Canada is seeded eighth. Gillion Academy holds the No. 9 seed, followed by Huntington Expression Prep at No. 10 and Winston-Salem Christian at No. 11.
Balboa School, the champions of the Elevation Conference playoffs, enter the tournament as the No. 12 seed. iSchool is seeded 13th, Anthem Prep is the No. 14 seed, Legacy School of Sport Science is seeded 15th and West Oaks rounds out the field as the No. 16 seed.
All games from the Power Conference Playoffs will be streamed live on the Grind Session YouTube channel, giving fans around the world an opportunity to watch many of the top high school basketball prospects compete for one of the most prestigious titles in prep basketball.
