Jr Grind Session and Global Basketball Academy present the Bluegrass Winter League, open to boys and girls in 2nd through 8th grade. Games are played with a 35-second shot clock at Reidland Middle School, 5351 Benton Rd, Paducah, KY.
Junior Grind Session and the City of Owensboro present The Middle School Preseason Tournament, open to boys and girls in grades 5th through 8th. The tournament runs November 6-8 with a 3 game guarantee for every team.
The Grind Session Men's Power Conference 2026-2027 season runs from November through March with 18 stops across 13 states and Canada, featuring games at high schools, sports centers, and prep academies. The season culminates with championship rounds in Bowling Green, KY and Owensboro, KY in March 2027.
The Grind Session Women's circuit returns for the 2026-2027 season with a 15-event schedule spanning the United States and Canada. From November through March, top women's programs will compete across the Power Conference and Revolution Conference at premier venues nationwide.
ROME, Italy — The Grind Session continues to expand its international footprint, bringing some of the world's top young basketball talent together for the second annual Bridge of Hoops event.
The four-day exhibition featured 13 games, showcasing elite competition between teams from North America, Europe and the Middle East. The event provided an opportunity for some of the world's most promising young players to test their skills against international competition while gaining valuable experience on a global stage.

LaCore Elite Academy went 5-0 to win the Grind Session Power Play In tournament in Bowling Green, Kentucky, earning a spot in the Grind Session Power Conference. We sat down with their junior point guard Cohen LaCore, who turned in a triple double of 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists along the way, to talk about what’s ahead for the program.

Grind Session is taking its game to the international stage, with Power Conference member The Academy of Central Florida representing the United States at the inaugural 2026 Youth Basketball Champions League Americas in Argentina.
Beginning 2026-27 Season, any player who has graduated from high school is not eligible to participate under any circumstance. Grind Session will require that all participating players remain compliant with NCAA eligibility requirements, are currently enrolled in and attending high school as part of an accredited academic program, have their reclassification recognized by their institution, and must not turn 19 years old prior to July 1 of the academic year in which they are participating.
