Prolific Prep head coach Ryan Bernardi has been named one of 10 national finalists for the Naismith Boys High School Coach of the Year Award, recognizing the top high school basketball coach in the country for the 2025–26 season.
Bernardi has guided Prolific Prep to another dominant campaign on The Grind Session circuit, where the program finished a perfect 14–0 in conference play this season. The Crew has once again established itself as one of the elite programs in high school basketball, continuing a run of success against some of the top prep teams in North America.
Under Bernardi’s leadership, Prolific Prep now enters the postseason with an opportunity to make even more history. The program is seeking its fourth consecutive Grind Session championship, a streak that would further cement its place among the most successful prep programs of the modern era.
The winner of the Naismith Boys High School Coach of the Year Award will be announced soon, honoring the coach who has made the most significant impact on the high school game this season.
