The final day of the Miami Grind Session event wrapped up with thrilling action on Sunday, as teams from across the country battled it out in both Power and Revolution Conference matchups. Here's a look at the standout performances and key moments:

Royal Crown Shines in Dominant Victory

Royal Crown delivered a commanding performance in Power Conference play, defeating Balboa 89-61. With six players scoring in double figures, they displayed depth and teamwork. Leading the charge was Kymani Walters, who scored 15 points and grabbed three rebounds. Royal Crown took control midway through the second quarter and never looked back. Despite the loss, Balboa’s Jahmarian Forrester and Victor Owie each contributed 11 points.

Grind Prep (OK) Outlasts Skyline Prep in a Close Contest

Grind Prep of Oklahoma secured a hard-fought 81-77 victory over Skyline Prep. Jaden Constant put on a scoring clinic, finishing with 34 points to lead his team to victory. Skyline Prep’s Josh Powell had a strong showing with 19 points and six rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to turn the tide.

Grind Prep Women Dominate Central Florida

In Revolution Conference action, the Grind Prep women’s team displayed their prowess with an 83-61 victory over Central Florida. De’Andra Minor was unstoppable, recording a double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Central Florida’s Ndeye Astou also impressed with a double-double of her own, tallying 12 points and 11 boards, but her team couldn’t keep up with Grind Prep’s pace.

West Oaks Rebounds with a Win Over Central Florida

West Oaks closed out their Miami Grind Session campaign with an 82-74 win over Central Florida. Willie Burnett III was sensational, dropping a game-high 37 points. Paulo Bala added a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Central Florida’s Martay Barnes (19 points) and Shane Cherry (18 points) made valiant efforts, but West Oaks proved too strong.

Next Stops for The Grind Session

The Miami Grind Session was a thrilling event under the sunny November skies, but the action doesn’t stop here. Up next is a marquee matchup in Boca Raton, where #11 Prolific Prep (CA) will face off against the nation’s #1-ranked team, Columbus (FL). The game will take place at Florida Atlantic University on Tuesday, November 19th, at 7 PM, and fans can catch the action live on Tanager Sports.

After the Boca Raton showdown, the Grind Session heads to Daytona Beach from November 22-24 for the next chapter of this elite basketball circuit. Stay tuned for more high-octane basketball action!
