The Grind Session returns to Hopkinsville High School for the Christian County event — a December showcase packed with national prospects, Power Conference contenders, rising underclassmen, and high-level local matchups. Six Power Conference programs anchor the field: Prolific Prep, Academy of Central Florida, Huntington Expression, Hamilton Heights, Winston Salem Christian School, and DNA Prep, with Florida Coastal Prep serving as the lone Elevation Conference representative.

In past seasons, our teams have played in some of the greatest and most unique cities across the U.S., as well as Canada, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. From November to March over 400 action-packed games will be played. Grind Session is more than just great games: it's an opportunity to prepare for the next chapter of your basketball career.
