Grind Session Rule Update Beginning 2026-27 Season

Beginning 2026-27 Season, any player who has graduated from high school is not eligible to participate under any circumstance. Grind Session will require that all participating players remain compliant with NCAA eligibility requirements, are currently enrolled in and attending high school as part of an accredited academic program, have their reclassification recognized by their institution, and must not turn 19 years old prior to July 1 of the academic year in which they are participating.

Grind Session is the first-ever winter circuit of elite high school basketball events. In past seasons, our teams have played in some of the greatest and most unique cities across the U.S., as well as Canada, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. From November to March over 400 action-packed games will be played. Grind Session is more than just great games: it's an opportunity to prepare for the next chapter of your basketball career.
